MY POSITIVE REFLECTION:

Okay, so its rewind time :p A little humor does no harm right. So let’s begin.

This journey of mine was just like any other and has it’s own ups and downs as when I started this course I was quite enthusiastic about this course and completed every task and attended every session with all my heart as I believe that everyone has something new to learn and saw it as one of a kind learning opportunity but with time passes I did loose some of the learning and interacting opportunities due to my other educational commitments which was also a learning point as it taught me how to work under pressure without being much anxious about it.

Amal taught me so many thing and one them is being optimistic, naturally I was a pessimistic person but this fellowship has played a great role in gradually changing that and I am actually grateful to my facilitators and fellows for this.

The part which impacted me the most was the fund collection task for EDHI, for the very first time I did a welfare activity and it gave me a sense of contentment which was unlike any other emotion and felt surreal and it was the very first time that I got to meet my circle fellows and I don’t remember being so friendly with people whom I am meeting for the first time, they were all very kind and co-operative and have a ‘can do’ attitude due to which all the process became fun and made me more optimistic about the success of this task and it turned out the same, we raised a good amount in the the matter of hours, that day we were very proud of ourselves and felt gratitude that Amal gave us that push we needed.

If I got the chance to do things differently I would want myself to be more expressive and share my perspectives with others without feeling hesitant.
